All products are custom-made and non-returnable except in the following
cases:
- Damaged Goods: Report damages within 14 days with photos.
- Incorrect Items: Exchange or refund will be provided for wrong items.
- Accurate Prints: No returns will be accepted if the print matches the
approved design.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds are the responsibility of the
customer unless the fault lies with Vividora.
