Order Processing:

  • Processing times may vary based on product type and order volume.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days (U.S. only).
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (U.S. only).
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S. only).

    Design Policy

    Vividora empowers customers to design their clothing using advanced AI
    tools. To maintain brand integrity and respect copyright laws, the following
    restrictions apply:
    • Custom Designs: All designs created by customers are 100% unique and remain their intellectual property.
    • Copyright Infringement: Designs that include copyrighted logos, trademarks, or brand names without ownership will be rejected.
    • Prohibited Content: Designs with offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content will be declined.
    Account termination may occur if customers abuse the AI image generator.

    Return Policy

    At Vividora, each product is custom-made to your specifications. Therefore,
    we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.

    Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
    • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
    • We will offer a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

    Order Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled before they enter production.
    • Once in production, cancellations are not possible.

    Incorrect Shipping Address:

    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
